Breean attended Sheridan College, Northwest College and is a graduate of the Wyoming Real Estate Institute.

She and her husband, Jim, live in Basin. They have two children, a daughter, Wiley, and a son, Wyatt.

Breean is an experienced Realtor and is a member of Park County and Big Horn County Multiple Listing Service as well as the Wyoming Association of Realtors and the National Association of Realtors.
